First it sounds weird that you are in live and haven't properly tested it in Test mode

Per your question, why don't you just change the business_type? it can takes several values

Hello Orakaro,
I know we are live but this what we got a change later on.
So that's why we are facing this.

And to change a business type, from my side, I can only pass a fix in payload but now we need to give option to choose.

But I need this option while we start the process of stripe connect account. When user will add his some personal, business, Bank details, and much more.

Yes, I believe so? It's just a parameter business_type when calling Create Account API like you stated in your first message

Or, do you want to not specify this parameter and let your user to do it?

It's totally possible. You can .... do not specify that parameter at all, and in the URL provided to your user, your user will have an option to choose
