our end users will have connect account who then can issue invoice and payment requests to their end-clients to pay

get a Link from create connect tab from stripe dashboard , paste in browser that will lead you to this onboarding process and keep selecting test data, finally you will have an activated Stripe Test Connected account to peform test.
