in testing everything works

I just wonder what are the limitations, as it's not specified

I mean connect doesn't work in egypt, not in the support list

also it doesn't accept cards, only transfers

Do you get an error when you try to pass the card_payments capability?

Ah so it sounds like Egypt is supported for cross border payouts but as you saw in our other docs we do not support charging users via card in Egypt https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts
