The concern is actually a general concern in that almost half of our INR customers are having their automatic subscription charges rejected by their bank and this is just 1 example of the issue. But yes, that invoice I believe would be an example of one from the RBI rules. Here is another one that, I know for sure was the RBI issue and our support team made manual adjustments to get them set up.
