i see you are using test clocks. If you deleted the test clock of this customer, then the customer will be automatically deleted.
oh, i haven't done that, because i was working on a case where i needed the test clock. Can the clocks expire?

I don't think that's possible, you would need tor re-create a new customer.

So I think I know what happened:
The invoice was marked as uncollectible, and this cancelled the subscription. Because there's no more subscription, it deleted the test clock, which in turn deleted the customer.
