I'm not sure if we have any built-in rules for these.

Can you expand on what you mean by following

different endpoints i.e. free-trial has different radar rules than our regular checkout flow?

An example would be this:
For free-trial we would use radar rules to prevent payment methods to be added that already have an associated email address.

For regular payment, we wouldn't need that rule to be in place.

Not finding anything specific on this
It is likely that you'd probably need to handle this by either writing your own rules or handling this server-side
