Hello, can you tell me a bit more about your concern here?
whenever I made a transfer, I can see that transfer amount is deducted from platform's account balance

My concern is that I wrote codes for payment transfer to connected account.
Now am checking my code is working and everything tracking in dashboard
During verifying the payment transfer, I notice that once a customer made the payment, transfer amount is correctly showing in the dashboard
Then i checked my balance, i noticed that transfer amount is deducting from balance amount
is that the way it's working in test mode

The test mode balance should be accurate. Are you saying that it is not updating for one of the accounts?

No. If a new payment done, the the process like deducted stripe fee, then split remaining fee into one for connecetd account and rest goes to platform balance, right?

Correct. The rest of the funds should remain on the platform

I have noticed that if a new payment made, tranfer amount eg.100 is deducting from my balance amount. Before payment, my balance like 300. after transfer balance amount 200

Yes, it sounds like you may be transferring the funds to your connected accounts before they have landed on your platform account.
You can specify that we need to wait for the funds to go to your account before transferring them out https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers#transfer-availability
Are you seeing the platform's pending balance go up but its available balance is going down?

That sounds like that makes sense there. Your availible funds went from $472,205.18 to $471,401.48 which is a difference of $803.70 .

Net fee = Customer amount-(stripe fee+ transfer amount)
net fee gets added to our balance, right?

Correct. It might be in your pending balance though if depending on how you set up your test

one more thing regarding onboarding link, the url we got from create connect has to send to all the users which use our platform for payment, right?
BEFORE any kind of purchase, all users has to connect with our account, right?

Yes, for them to get payment from you. They will need to have an account and go through the account onboarding
