Yes, it looks like you can do this with upsells https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/upsells

Subscription upsells

Enable customers to upgrade their subscription plan at checkout by using upsells.

If you set one price to upsell to your other prices, you can make a payment link for that price. Then the PaymentLink page will have the option to choose any of the prices that you have specified

oh.. I have them set as products. so I need to create a new subscription based on that product. let me give it a shot

Yeah, if this is monthly/quarterly/yearly for the same service, we would typically recommend making that one product with three prices

yes its the same service. So maybe I can just go to the product now and "add another price" fopr 3 month and then yearly!
