Hi there! I don't know of any businesses privacy policy to specifically direct you to nor do we have a template for this. You could try posting this question in #841573134531821615 and see if anyone there would be able to chat with you about their privacy policy? Since this isn't a specific technical question I won't be able to help much here unfortunately.

ok then I will ask a qquestion you can probably help with.. I am wondering if my business will be able to programmatically redact PII from Stripe servers in such a way that I can say "all personal info will be redacted within 2-4 days"

That is a good question but I can't speak well to our privacy policies. I know there are certain financial regulations that require us to keep data for a certain amount of time.
