Hi there! I don't believe we allow you to open the Customer Portal from the Dashboard in live mode as it should be your Customer accessing it. In testmode, this is just for testing purposes so you can see what the Customer would see. In livemode you need to create a Portal Session for them and redirect the Customer to that session.
