Backing up for a minute - when you say customer you're referring to your connect account, right?
yes the account that uses our platform
Gotcha - so with destination charges + express, when disputes occur those funds are first pulled from the platform. It's up to you to then pull those funds from the connect account (by reversing the transfer). If the connected account doesn't have enough funds to cover the reversal then in some countries can debit their external account (see https://stripe.com/docs/connect/best-practices#negative-balances-on-accounts). I'd also recommend reading https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/connect

Yes, you should be able to reverse transfers through the dashboard
