No that's impossible unfortunately.

For example, I would love to know if subscription was cancelled due to somebody using the dashboard, via an API call, or via churnbuster

Yeah... you can't get that information from the Event payload.

No that also isn't possible. You Subs will cancel based on your Sub Settings that you determine.
