they keep say they will refund but the client paid the 14th and they charged her card the 20th

every day it says the following day we will be paid but it also shows this

I go to that and there is nothing live at all no one to talk to

no matter what subject you click on you cannot get a live chat going

Do you have any way of contacting them. At this point im going to file a theft charge if i cannot reach anyone

Unfortunately, our team doesn't have any workflows setup for this. As I mentioned earlier, we just with developers with API related queries. You'd really just talk to support about this
