Finally I can share a link. Click 'Start My Plan' at the bottom of the page, then click 'pay by card' and you will be able to test stripe payment

I see it in english but my browser is set to english 🤦

Okay, so when I reproduce this with tr locale, I do see the localized error message. Furthermore, the 4000 0000 0000 9995 card should just show a "Your card has been declined." error message. Are you sure you aren't showing your own error message here? And that is why it is always English?
