Hi! Invoices contain a PaymentIntent. Once paid, you can refund the PaymentIntent from the dashboard or the API.
But can he ask support or somehow himself get a refund?

The customer can create a dispute to try to get a refund. But this is not linked to Stripe or Invoices, the is a standard payment mechanisme.
