So I believe rate limits are applied by the secret key used, so each connected account would have its own. Let me confirm this really quick, though just to be sure

What type of connect accounts do you use?

ahh gotcha, we use the standard connect

So yeah, each connect account would have its own bucket of 100rps. Something to note is if you have more than one platform connected to that account, then they would all split those 100rps for requests made on the connect account's behalf
