hmmm, if you're still logged into your Stripe account, i would suggest logging out and then trying again using incognito mode
otherwise the alternative would be to send an email directly to support@stripe.com
I have also tried direct mail contact, they always tell me to send a request on the STRIPE management platform, but now I can't send a request for unknown reasons
