We have a compromised account and it is urgent we catch and close the account before funds are transferred out

There is no Live chat. It is advertised and when you click on it it takes you to the send email

This is serious and the sooner we mitigate the situation the better.

If I could, I would've definitely done that by now as I understand how important this is for you.
I'd try sending another email as well as if you have another Stripe account and are able to login, you maybe able to access the other support options such as live chat and request a callback
