Sure. I want to allow users to pay for public transit use in Canada. If I purchase a Presto card in Toronto the MCC code used is aligned with 4789 or Transportation Services. However, if I purchase from a transit agency in Edmonton the MCC used there is 9399 or Government Services. Unfortunately, if I allow that Edmonton transit purchase I would also allow users to pay for their local property taxes which is not at all aligned with my spending controls.
