Deleting a coupon doesn't seem to affect the promo code. (i.e. it'd still continue to exist) I haven't had a chance to test if one would still be able to apply it for new purchases though.

Seems like the promo code cannot be used (shows that it is expired)

Deleting a customer should permanently remove the customer's billing information and immediately cancel any current subscriptions. Past payments or invoices associated with the customer will still remain.
