Can you be more specific? Are you the one blocking the credit card? Or is this a block by Stripe?
the client tried their mastercard a few times and its not processing
they reach their bank and the credit card is in good standing
what am i missing?

I took a look at the charge and it's not the card issuer declining the charge - it's us declining it based on the previous charge history. I'd suggest contacting support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) for more details and potentially getting this fixed
