Hi 👋 we don't have much insight into that as the actual content that is displayed in that modal is all provided by the issuing bank.
Is there any chance we might be hiding it due to the screen size? Our implementation does not override any style the Stripe iframe provides though
I'm not sure. I don't know if the content is built with a minimum screen size in mind. Do you see the same thing if you use a device with a larger screen?
We can't reproduce it since the issue is being experienced by the end user, not from our direct client. In our testing environment everything works fine.
Gotcha, I'm not able to read the content of that popup, are you? I see the warning icon/logo and am wondering if the wording of the message explains what is happening.

It's in French, I used an online tool to translate it and it doesn't look like it has anything to do

Hm yeah, that doesn't seem useful. I would suggest trying to see if you can scroll in the modal, and if not have your customer reach out to their bank to figure out why they can't see any input field.
