Hi, I meant charges from subscriptions that were updated. Like the ones that were downgraded/upgraded.

I would like to be able to programmatically retrieve a report of the line items that have been modified or updated

Basically we are pulling data into our analytics data warehouse and would ideally like to avoid having to pull the entire history every day to capture changes to our customers subscriptions.
If you have any other suggestions on how best to achieve this we are open too

Got it. There's no way to historically track updates like that via the PI really. Your best bet is to subscribe/listen to the relevant webhook events, but that obviously won't work retrospectively
