That looks like the section where you supply details about your business in the Dashboard. You mentioned pre-filled text of some kind?

In checkout they can be optionally displayed you said befire https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/checkout. I am asking now can those be modified ?

In this case, is there any way we can remove the footer with the support email completely? The support email is required on the Business Settings, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to make it invisible on these invoice emails.

I don't believe there's a way to remove it completely - you can double check with support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) in case they know a way I'm not seeing, but I wouldn't count on it
