So you have a customer without a Stripe account who's paid via Plaid, and you want to be able to payout money to them? Do I have that right?

yeah

#

they used the Plaid form to connect their bank account, then I use stripe to create a bank account object and save the ID in our database

Gotcha. No that's not possible. We only do payouts to Stripe accounts
