This is a draft invoice...just trying to figure this all out still!
I create the products and price them in USD...then when I create the invoice and add items I have to add the price in again, and it auto sets it to CAD, which I don't want

You're create the items with a Price that uses CAD, though:

I didn't see anywhere to choose the currency when I was creating the invoice though?
When I go create an invoice, it automatically has it in CAD, right off the bat.
