like if I try Express right now I get a US phone number prefix. I don't really understand what you are describing yet and I would like to see this for myself, so do you have an easy way for me to reproduce on your code/platform?

once you login, you can click on the first dashboard button
for the "oba" url
then setup
then at the "Payments" tab
you should see those 2 buttons
if you click on the express, it should create the express account with country code="US"
even though that shows the phone as AU

I don't know what chooses the country code, but I definitely see US (and I am on a US IP + US configured locale)
