We support collecting tax ids in Checkout
https://stripe.com/docs/tax/checkout/tax-ids and https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/taxes
righto, so it requires the full checkout flow and isn't doable on payment links
yeah we haven't yet added this to Payment Links just yet
