Once you press the pay button, and refresh the page before it goes to the payment success page it will load the new payment form again.

I have checked for payments for that same payment reference by using var service = new ChargeService();

Can you provide a payment intent id that was maybe paid twice so I can further investigate? The link is not working for me and I think the best next step it to attain the payment id.
