Hi, I have problem with stripe express checkout in normal tab (on browser) I don´t see the option apple pay but when I choose the incognito tab(on browser) its everything fine do you know something about that? maybe some advice how to fix that?

Do you mind sharing a site that I can try on my end? I want to confirm whether I can see it working for me, since I know I have an apple pay card that's set up
I try to find something about that on google but no one have same problem as me

No, an admin login shouldn't be necessary - but do you have your account ID handy so I can take a look at that?
You should be able to find that at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account - it should look like acct_xxx

I'm still looking - I think this has to do with the fact that you're using a plugin, but I'm not certain yet

While we look into that, could you try loading this page on the device that you're testing and check if you're seeing an Apple Pay button that you can click on

No
We're not seeing anything out of the ordinary so far and since you're using a plugin, I'd recommend you talk to the plugin owner/support team first.
Since it is a third-party integration, we don't have any insights on how the plugin is configuring Apple Pay for your app in this case. Talking to them first would provide us more context to work with.
