Hi there! No this isn't possible, as after you make the initial capture the rest of the auth will be refunded.

You likely just want to make multiple authorizations here.

but authorization is coming from Bigcommerce integration, so how can we do that?

Ah in that case you have to talk to Bigcommerce as they are controlling your integration.

If they are storing the customer's card, then you would have them create separate auth's for each part of the sequence.

But yeah, if they don't have that ability then you may be out of luck and you just capture everything initially and then refund if needed.
