excuse me one question, all of the payments in GB are visible (picture attached) and we can see that payment has a frictionless auth flow but the customers doesn't see anything. Could it be a card or bank problem ?

Well I wouldn't call this a "problem", really. This means that the bank determined that they could handle 3DS via the frictionless flow so yes, the customer won't see anything but 3DS still is completed here.
