I fully understand that. But I did the test several times with my own card. On another app, 3D Secure never asks.

Are you really sure that nothing can be done not to require 3D Secure below 30€

you should never test in livemode with your own cards.

like for example, maybe your bank thinks you are the victim of fraud because they see your card being charged by the same merchant(your Stripe account) all the time, so they are enforcing more security checks? That's why testing in livemode is not a good test
