Hi, do you mean after Customer setup a new PaymetMethod via Customer Portal, you want it to appear in PaymentElement?

I am afraid no, sorry. But I know it's a frequent ask and PaymentElement team does has plan on their roadmap

FYI the PaymentSheet on mobile SDK does have this feature, and we are looking forward having this on web as well
