hmmm, this isn't something which is configurable. We do our best to select the language based on browser settings and IP for new users. However, we also store this on the user and in a cookie. I would expect in a new browser (incognito) for a new user, it should honor browser-configured locale, then IP.

Unfortunately if that doesn't work, then your user should change the language in the language dropdown list

Even if the user change the language in the dropdown list, it should re-enter the onboarding page to make it effective. This additional step would cause the user quit the process.

I don't know if this is possible or not that pass the language parameter from the onboarding url to make the page show by the language parameter. I think this is a good simple solution.
