Do you have request IDs corresponding to creating the checkout session?
Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

That tells me nothing. I would need the request ID to have any idea what is going on.
Please provvide the ID value as text. I cannot use the image

Do you mean all of it like that?
The req_ was all I neeeded but that helps.
Ok, great
So this is successful but the JS form they are using is returning this error when they try to capture payment details?
Yes, just before.
It pops up with the message and then allows the payment to be entered.
after they click "ok"
I don't know if you need this, but it's happening on this page: https://grumpygramps.org/head-2-toe-relay-registration/
Do you need anything else from me?
Sorry it's still pretty busy and this will take some time to investigate. It sounds like their JavaScript is doing something weird. Do you have any logs of failing requests related to this?
I can see you're pretty slammed. I didn't mean to rush you.
You might need to clear the filters automatically applied to the Developer logs
I don't have anything from failed requests. When people get that message they just stop and don't pay.
Yeah, but the JavaScript is making requests. If that message is coming from Stripe.com it's the result on an API request. I'll keep digging
Ok, that's very nice of you.
How do I clear the filters applied to the developer logs?
There should be a "Clear Filters" button on the right hand side.
ok, thank you
Nope...nothing there (From what I can see)
thanks for checking that. I clicked clear filters.
Hmmm unfortunately I cannot test this out without providing an actual credit card
Furthermore it appears to be using a WordPress plugin which we don't have insight into
Ok, thanks for checking. Are you saying that the message could be coming from Ninja forms even though it says it's a message from Stripe?
I'm saying I cannot see what code is being used to collect the payment information which is triggering this message
If I turn it on test mode temporarily could you?
No, I just don't have access to the JavaScript that is handling the form
ah ok, I see. Thank you for trying and for answering my questions.
I hope you have a great day!
I wish we had more concrete answers for you. I would reach out to whoever is maintaining that plugin to see if you can get some information.
Oh good! phew! lol
Still, it's been rough
