Well apparently for this payment you specified you were taking card details directly and inputting them as in Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO). You need to be gated into this functionality.
well it is a phone order if i manually input the cc details, which i always will do. correct?

Yeah, this discord server is for people writing code. Okay so in this request there was no MOTO specified. that's why it succeeded.
It was still raw card numbers but it was created using a Source
