Noticed a detail that I initially missed: are you using a third party plugin for these payments?

Did you write any of the server-side or client-side code for these Klarna payments?

Right, unfortunately Woocommerce makes that, not Stripe, so we don't have much insight in to how that plugin is working and what might be needed to fix this for you.

Did you contact woocommerrce for help? As Pompey said earlier, you're using a plugin so you're not in control of your own code. You need to be talking to the folks in charge of your plugin to get help

I also want to note - I do see at least one payment that has successfully gone through with klarna
