yesterday my bank had a problem on their card sistem
i didnt knew so i place too many order on mtcgame plataform
and now i cannot complete my payments bcause of that, the problem on the bank in now solve, but i still cannot make the payment on mtc
on other plataform the card is working fine
they ask me to talk to you guys

from my bank side everthing is fine, because on other platform i can make the payment without any problem
OK, I can't really start the troubleshooting without transaction ID, can you ask mtcgame to contact Stripe and provide the relevant PaymentIntent ID?

This is not a payment intent ID
it could be a transaction ID that mtcgame understands, not Stripe.
i will ask them
