This is your Account ID, not the subscription ID
ok
Or you can visit https://dashboard.stripe.com/customers to find out your customer, and from there you can see the subscription

This ?
Yup, let me take a look
Thankyou.
is your question related to the US36.34 invoie?
Yes- there are 2 subscirption levels $9.00 and $25.00 per month
Ok, that's exepcted because the customer has upgrade to the new plan on 20 Mar
Therefore in the 11 Apr bill you have 3 items
- Remaining time on the new plan
- unused time on the old plan
- the new plan for next month (11 Apr - 11 May)
But i manually cancelled the old subsciption a month ago. It should have billed for both?
Cancelled? This subscritpion was not canceled.
Is there a "Small Farms" subscription still active for this customer?
Can the settings be configured that if a customer upgrades there account that it can overrite their old account?
The "Small farms" should be cancelled and the customer should just be billed $25 per month.
OK, so your customer upgrade from Small Farms to Advanced on 20 Mar, they've started using Advanced after the upgrade.
Yes- so the Small farms should be terminated/replaced.
Yes it's replaced.
However, you have already chareged the whole month usage of Small Farms on 11 Mar, that's why you see a unused time on the old plan in the inovice.
On the other hand, since the customer only started using Advanced on 20 Mar, you charged them with the prorated price, and that' where the Remaining time on Advanced after 20 Mar 2022 coming from.
Im a bit confused. So will the next payment be $25?
So if a customer upgrades their account it automaicially changes subscription levels?
but there is an adjustment month?
Yup, there'll be a intermediate invoice that looks complicated, like this one that we discussed.
ok- do invoices get sent straight to the customer?
