Ok so we don't have the ability to do this baked in. To achieve this, you could use over-capture tipping (if you're US based) or use Suggested Smart tips for on-reader tipping.

What I am talking about is a sale that consists of part service (say $50), part product (say $60). If we configure tips for 5%, 10% and 15%, we expect the tip suggestions to be $2.50, $5.00, and %7.50% respectively. We do not expect to have to submit two charges to accomplish this. This would be a requirement with many businesses, so it's hard to imagine it was not considered a requirement for tipping?

since you're still in Beta with tipping, how feasible would it be to request this as a feature for tipping if it's not yet planned?
