I just looked at that link, I'm not a coder I'm simply asking I'll be using a stripe plug-in on the "WIX website platform" can you confirm it does subscriptions for monthly or annual programs (n for videos )? And can you confirm you do single purchases for example in this instance it's for a Pilates instructor somebody might wanna purchase a one time package of two or three Pilates classes?
Ah thanks for clarifying. I can confirm that Stripe supports these different use-cases, however you need to talk to WIX and ask them if their plugin supports that, as they are controlling your integration in that case and it is dependent on the code they have written.
Wix recommended to use your payment system ( it is an existing plug-in that WIX offers) because you do subscriptions and single purchases. However when my client went to set up an account with you she only saw that you do "Subscriptions" that's what prompted me to reach out to you guys to confirm you do subscriptions as well as single purchases.

Got it! We certainly do provide the ability to do this. If they aren't seeing that option, then you need to speak to WIX about it.
No... they control the plugin. Meaning WIX writes the code for it.
WIX uses Stripe, but has full control over the integration.

so do I have the client sign up for an account with you guys on your website and then whatever the login information is that she sets up, apply that on the backend of WIX. Assuming that they've alter the coding to accommodate "subscriptions" as well as "individual "purchases?
I'd assume so, but that is mostly dependent on how WIX handles the set up of their plugin. You really should just talk to WIX here... I don't know anything about how their specific integration works.
OK, however I would think the client would need to go to your STRIPE website to set up the initial account ? I reach out to WIXS as well I just wanna make sure they don't bounce me back to you guys lol
I can only assume once the client sets up a Stripe account and I enter in the login information on the back end of WIX for the Stripe account it connects the dots sort of speak, **and whatever WIX did on the backend to make it possible to do "additional single purchases" as well "subscriptions" will automatically kick in. Again I'm not a coder **LOL
Yes that is how it should work. If it doesn't work that way, then you need to ask WIX why.
