Yeah, I was thinking about it, but can I reuse an existent customer ? It seems I need to create a new one, right?

you could use an existing, you might have to attach a new PaymentMethod that always decline on the charge and create the Subscription on that PaymentMethod

I am not seeing any interface for it. Does it need to be done via API?

ah I don't know the Dashboard that well, the API yes you can do this
