hello! the chat / phone options depend on availability / volume
writing in to support was the right thing to do - I assume (don't really know) that they have high volumes so haven't responded yet?
but for 1099s, our team unfortunately doesn't know about it or where it would be on the Dashboard etc
so unfortunately not the answer you're looking for - recommend waiting for Support to respond
No worries, I assumed as much but as I've been making multiple attempts. I'm a bit distressed & am now simply trying whatever avenue I can find. I appreciate the response.
