hello, just clarifying - right now where does that "Update Payment Info" button take the end customer to?

Hey there! Currently, the update payment info button takes the customer back to our site where they can update the payment info, however it doesn't trigger a new attempt, it just stores the payment info.

one thing you can do is, once the customer ends up on your site - you authenticate which Customer it is and then redirect them to the hosted invoice page which is the second screenshot

Hm, is it possible to have the customer end up at Stripe by default rather than redirecting back to our site to update the payment info? Ideally we would like to minimize redirects when the customer is updating payment info for a failed transaction

not supported by default right now - might be worth writing in to https://support.stripe.com/contact as a feature request but in the mean time, and in the meantime, would be worth doing the workaround I mentioned
