lets say we never reimburse the funds after it goes to pending.

@indigo compass I guess my question is, what does the balance transaction available_date display as when the refund is pending (due to insufficient balance). Let me know if my question makes sense.

available_on seems to be 1 week from when Refund is created in my tests
