In fact, I use shopify and the company I work for took my shopify account and the account belongs to the company now. But when there are paying customers, my name is displayed on that name place instead of the company's name.
We have already changed the account on shopify, the owner, all the data but only this name we could not change.

Sorry, but I'm still not sure where you're seeing this string, and as this is for a Shopify integration you're going to want to speak with Shopify support. Shopify built their Stripe integartion and we aren't familiar with how it works, so their teams will be best suited to provide support for this.
