Hmm, our user usually do custom onobarding for custom Connect accounts. Is your connected account type of custom or express?

The 3 account types are created for different purposes, so I'd recommend you to go through this doc and select the type that is most suitbale for your business

Well you can build your own onboarding experience for custom accounts by yourself, it's totally up to you.
