No, no emails are sent automatically (with one exception) in test mode. You can only emial receipts/invoices etc manually from the dashboard for your own account email address.

The one exception I'm aware of is 3DS authentication emails for subscription invoice payment, those are sent automatically in test mode where the custome email is your own account email.
