there is no inbound phone number but when logged in your can "request a call" to have Stripe support call you.
Depending on the details of the payment/refund you might also need to get in touch with Shopify's support team.
i am allready in contact with the support team from shopify. I also have all the payment details.

It says our customer received the payment but it is not true
